I still don't understand the difference between a limit sell and a stop limit.

Stop limit sell will only fill when the price falls to your set price instead of rising.

Why can't I set this shit on stocks I already own on webull? I have to set this shit when I buy the stock? How the fuck does that work? That's stupid as fuck.

Sell when price is above
Stop when price goes below

It’s to prevent losing profits. If the stock rallies and then falls, you sell before it drops further. Idk about webull

can you apply both on one position? Like it sells if it goes above 90 or goes below 60

So how the fuck do all these algos that control the market work?

Like what happens if I take out a leveraged position on GUSH and then it drops to 0 while I am at work? I should be able to set a sell stop order at a 10% loss. it's annoying and makes risk management difficult.

Yes you should be able to, don’t use a shit broker like webull I guess?
