Some people on here have wallets where they will likely have an intermediate process before converting to fiat. Then there are those who trade on volatility (trends), which is minutes, hours and a few days.

Being that some coins, not saying anything (btc) fluctuate by a $ 1,500.00 a day, how can anyone not make money from that trend?

Any liquidisation still has to hop through intermediaries. Which can take a few days, before reaching your account. That's pretty standard stuff tho and applies to other instruments besides crypto.
