You realize that under Segwit Lightning you can lose all your coins if too many transactions leave the lightning network and try to clear on the main chain. The congestion would make it so lightning transactions don't clear and lightning transactions that don't clear are sent according to the original transaction that started the channel and not the final balance. The fact that on Lightning there will be hundreds of transactions off the blockchain compared to transactions on the blockchain means that if only a small fraction of these channels try to close at the same time then the network is fucked.
