Those two are mutually exclusive.

In order to have any way of functioning as an actual currency, Bitcoin would need to be extremely stable in value. Nobody would use dollars if dollars multiplied their value every day. But if Bitcoin was stable, all the Bitcoin advocates would abandon it since from their point of view its whole point is gambling on its unpredictable, extremely aggressive rises and falls.

It’s not a bubble. It’s like the economic singularity for virgin NEETS. Also bitcoin is rising only in comparison to currencies. Case in point - try to barter BTC for anything other than heroin. What u are witnessing is the fiat bubble collapsing. The collapse of western governments will follow.

>weekend dip

Haha... I remember those days. friday would start and coins would get sideways and start to bleed all weekend because everyone was off having fun on the weekend. sunday night would come, everyone would be comfy and watch their beans and digibytes rise. it continued like this until late summer. then it all fell apart.

It's just one never ending weekend dip now.

I remember the weekend dips. I remember altcoin season. The real one, that began when the ETF decision happened and bitcoin dropped from 1300 to 700 and coins like zcash and ethereum finally skyrocketed, then bitbeans and bitbay and posw.. the list goes on. what fun times we had.

the problem is there's no trading occurring, just acquisition so literally no one is even crying wolf. those prior dips were little bumps relatively. 1) Socialism requires a bigger government. This will just lead to more waste and efficiency. The government has zero incentive to be efficient. Look at how New York handled its homeless problem. They rented 5-star hotels to house the homeless at the cost of hundreds of dollars per night for each room.

2) Most people agree that they don't want their money given away to support lazy ass people who couldn't pull their own fucking weight. Socialism punishes success and hardwork and rewards laziness. You can't fix a social and economic problem just by throwing money at it.

3) Every country that tried socialism ended up widening the gap between the rich and poor. The richest were the government officials, the middle class was the group that got awarded privileges through nepotism, and the poor was everyone else.
