Say:

1 BTC is worth 1 EUR,
1 BTC is worth 1 USD.

Now after some time:

1 BTC is worth 1 EUR,
1 BTC is worth 2 USD.

With 1 EUR I can buy 1 BTC and sell it for 2 USD.
If we simplify 1 EUR = 1 USD then with 2 USD I buy 2 EUR.

Start with 1 EUR.
Now I have 2 EUR.

Who is doing this?
Banks?

What are you talking about?
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/iota/#markets
IOTA is now priced 52% more in KRW.
I could buy IOTA in USD and and sell it in KRW for a 52% profit.
Idiotic kike moron Goldstein shills.

Anyone can do it, as long as you have sufficient capital and access to multiple exchanges with fiat pairs. Bot arbitrage is way better though.

I "could" but I wouldn't know how to turn those USD into KRW.
This is true for any fiat pairing.
A bank with huge reserves would make a ton of money out of this.
Someone is making profits out of this otherwise different fiat markets would have completely different prices.
I would open go live in Korea and open a bank account there if this kind of arbitrage was allowed.
Koreans pump all the time.

You mean there are exchanges where you can turn KRW into USD and vice versa?
Like cryptocurrency exchanges?
Sorry but I know little about this.
