Your transaction fees are low because no one uses the bcash network, therefore no demand. If Bcash ever gained as much popularity as bitcoin (it wont), Bcash would have the same exact problems as bitcoin because it is an exact copy of the bitcoin code.

I should mention however, there were some extremely minor changes to constant integers in the code by an underqualified dev team in, you guessed it, india. Hopefully they will know what to do if the Bcash network ever picked up real traffic (they wont, because they are an indian dev team run by a con artist)
