What does biz think of the upcoming Ethereum Classic Hardfork which reduces the reward by 20% on block number 5,000,00 which is about on the 11th of dec. Will it induce a rally?

I made some thread on /biz/ several time about etc, the fork and other good news etc had. Started when etc was 10$. Everytime my thread died and people made fun :' )
I think the fork is probably priced in already now. We'll see what happens. It will put a cap on etc, which eth doesn't have.
There are also some cool ICO coming to etc very soon (with erc23 token standard)
