Market sell obviously, or do what I do. If I have 1000 of some coin I put many 100 sell orders 1 sats apart, this fucks with them

Use these same bots on the other side... When you wanna sell a stack put small buy orders and drive bots higher then sell
If you're autistic enough with a low Volume coin can get a few % points
