A little clickbait title. What I mean is, for Q3 plans of the REQ roadmap, they have "Deploy the Escrow extension to allow the release of funds upon delivery or upon satisfaction of other conditions."... Isn't that what Confido stated they would achieve?

It appears REQ is going to be a bigger platform than they seem to be.
