To find out what the best rig is lurk in crypto forums and just ask. With 5K you can buy a great rig that will also be able to mine shitcoins if Monero should become unprofitable. I think about 4x rx470, which will give around 4500 hash and make you at current price 5K/year or 25 xmr/year.
