I want a "trust us" system because of gains. I would like a decentralized currency (Although XRP does run on a decentralized ledger...), but I'd like some nice gains.

That, and my marginal loss of support because of ideological reasons based on a libertarian philosophical belief system will mean nothing when everyone else is making monumental gains.
