How do the wealthy find little companies to invest in? Is there a way to see newly registered businesses or something and they pounce on that?

Pls biz even just the right keywords to punch into google about this would be helpful

they don't, the super wealthy don't have time to spend going over financial statements, vetting conceptual products, cash flow models etc. they buy into VC funds who have legions of analysts and researchers doing due diligence on startups looking to raises their series a/b/x rounds or hedge funds doing PE.
