>selling ever

Don't you know it's going straight to 1 million without ever dipping? It's a new paradigm after all.

I'm debating this too. I WILL sell several days before the fork, because I anticipate a crash.

The way I see it, if you're selling to avoid a crash, does it really matter as long as you're out before the crash? What's an extra 200-300 bucks of gains if it's going to drop a lot more soon.

Nigga, I bought my 2nd BTC at $6.9k. What if its $8k by fork and only drops to $7.5k? Thats entirely possible. Last fork, it only dropped a couple hundred. BTC has a lot more people buying it now than with the last fork.

God damnit i thought this was some kind of buttplug and i wanted to buy that shit. i google search'd it and it's actually a pendulum. fuck this shit man.

Solid logic, you will make it man. Keep HODLing. I personally know two retards who sold at 6k anticipating a dip, fucking dumbasses.

Are there people on /biz/ who are really this delusional.

>Last fork, it only dropped a couple hundred.
Because no one gave a fuck about gold.

>BTC has a lot more people buying it now than with the last fork.
Yes, which is exactly the problem due to spooked norman investors.

My plan is to park most of my BTC on Gemini or GDAX, and sell the moment after the fork for USD.

The remainder of my BTC will go into an alt on Bittrex a few hours before the fork.

are you new to crypto? not insulting just curious

yea buying at 7k is really dumb right now, everytime BTC has mooned in the past it always corrects with a ~40% drop in price. Very possible it hits ~$8k before dropping to ~$4.5k and then eventually climbing above $10k+

its at 7.5k though.
you can always move to ETH if you think it will drop

Honestly anyone unsure about what to do should just be buying BTC all the time and never selling. Try to buy dips, but if you bought at a high price just sit on it for a few months. You and your emotions are the greatest danger to your portfolio as a beginner

I wouldn't sell to be honest. The advice on this board is shit. Literally all shitskin Pajeets from Bombay trying to Jewish trick you into selling.

i bought on thursday, but it's taken me until now to really understand things. i don't plan to move to anything. my plan was to hold for a few years since i've read that it's decently likely that BTC could be at like 50k by 2020
