/biz/ what is stopping me from starting a brothel with realistic sex dolls and charging men to have their way with them?

Also, what's stopping me from having a giant, 10 meter tall doll that I would charge 5x more for? Is this even physically possible? Would she be too heavy and kill someone if it crushes them making my company liable?
