Binance has been pretty good, the advanced interface is the best exchange interface I've seen yet, they do right by their users when it comes to fork coins, they even give you your GAS for holding NEO.

Only problem is that the coin selection isn't as big as Bittrex, so you'll miss out on some moon missions.

By the way I was using Bittrex too and had a legacy account (with 1337 BTC withdrawl limit), but one day I logged in and they stripped my legacy status and my account said "New" and said I couldn't withdraw without giving them all my info and ID. However, it still said I had 1337 daily withdrawl limit. So I just tried to withdraw my approx. 1 BTC and it worked anyways. Other people had the same problem but it didn't allow them to withdraw, and others have had their accounts locked altogether and had to spend weeks begging support to uncuck their shit. So I don't trust them anymore.
