Calculated expenses total $2600 per month, for a 5 bedrm, 5 bath house in a major city in the Pacific NW.

However, as of a week ago something amazing has happened. I sectioned off a portion of the house that is now a rental "studio" with a kitchenette and full bath. It's so far rented out every single day for the next 3 months, and the upkeep is hilariously easy on my end. Cleaning fees covered.

All in all this rakes in roughly $3k/ mo . Living the dream soon, friends

If you could call it a war lel I don't even think the Brits cared by the end, it was one of those situations where they were like "meh" and left. Although yeah, freeing Canada just meant that America had yet another dependent on them for military protection that would cost Canada nothing.

Don't kid yourself. Being a Vancouverite sucks. If you ain't rich, don't expect to get anywhere fast. Going to UBC, or SFU will typically take you about an hour to an hour and a half depending on traffic.

Driving helps, but parking's a bitch.

>If you could call it a war lel I don't even think the Brits cared by the end

Now Brits know how Americans feel about Vietnam and why we don't feel like we lost.

>Canada hustled America good for independence and free military

Pretty much, Canada and American nationalism skyrocketed after the war and it led to clearly defined borders and more communication between Brits, Canadians, and Americans once the treaties were signed because it got rid of some of the questions left behind after the American revolution.

It's considered a win-win-win. Only true loser was the Natives.
