Oldest whois i can find is from early 2014 and its still sergey with ownership. Seems like you can see more so why didn't you post the earliest historic ownership OP?

I don't exactly feel like paying to unlock earlier historic archives. Regardless I don't think it actually matters they still released the ICO after they had a working product at the end of the day so there was definitely several years development beforehand
