Use Authy instead of Google Auth. It works exactly the same way, scanning the QR code etc, but you can back up your accounts and use them on multiple devices so that if you lose your phone you're not fucked.

If you do lose your 2-FA for Bittrex you can get your account back by contacting their support, they'll ask you a bunch of questions about your account for proof that it's you.

Disable the 2FA and do it again. This time search for a code and the QR code. There SHOULD be a code and a QR code, either way I don't know how did you do it on the first place.

disabling your auth on trex will place a temporarily hold on your account for some time, not worth disabling if you currently are day trading
