What we know so far:

>Tim Draper (billionaire VC) of Draper Dragon has invested in ETP creating a digital asset subdivision of investments essentially locking 5m of circulating supply
>Hits HitBTC on November 1st

With goals of being a global player in the cryptosphere, ETP actually has the means of achieving this. Whilst NEO is somewhat (not wholly) contained to the Chinese side, ETP has the financing of big players in; Dubai, US, and China.
At $4 this is criminally undervalued.
