Holy shit its so boring. Most alt coins are just having side ways movement and consolidation (omg, neo, xrp)
While btc isnt doing much.

All the big coins seem to have been stuck in a channel for the past 1-2 weeks, fluctuating within the same range.

When is this shit going to return back to high volatility?

When people sell their shit forked coin and invest back into the alt market

I don’t get why bitcoin is even considered some kind of “gold standard.” It’s so fucking shitty that it literally can’t stop having forks. What a garbage coin. The true shitcoin, with six hour transaction times to boot.

Once everyone who tries to change stuff on BTC just to get his name bigger and pockets deeper get out of the ship, there will not be significant changes in BTC for a long time, making it a true contender for being gold standard.

do i absolutely have to get into btc for the fork? is it really free money? i'm too lazy to dig out all of my wallets with their respective shitcoins.

>>3968818
No its not free money because you may not be able to sell forks for more than btc might drop

>> No.3968910

Just do what I'm doing.

Move everything to BTC, 20 mins before fork happens buy back my favourite alts for dirt cheap. The gains from this will be much nicer than some BCG bullshit coin.

Thinking about doing that but moving into ETH for its hard fork in november right?

how much do you think btc will drop? I don't think it will go lower than 5500

Wouldn't it be better to USDT thru the fork and buy the BTC or alt dip?

This sounds right

I'm more confused now than I was before even asking.

Actually last time it was far worse, because BTC actually crashed all the way down to 1700 and took everything with it.

This time people saw what happening last time and are not panicking, just expecting free coins. Be thankful you've got sideways movement on your alts.

you think it's free money?? the exchanges would have to list all the new markets (lel), those markets would have to have demand, and there would have to be enough miners on each chain to send transactions to the exchanges (kek). it'll be free pink wojaks is what it will be.

It already went below 5300 for no reason a couple of days ago.

Expect 4000 something and it's happening sooner than October 25, as soon as they get the snapshot it will go down.
