now that it's confirmed that Sergey had sweet fuck all to announce beyond the SIBOS presentation itself, I'd say that you're at the mercy of the whales. If you're lucky, the whales might decide to flash pump it somewhere back to 1000 sats; I'm a bagholder and I'd happily take that deal considering there's no other concrete news related to this coin.
