Have you seen the white paper? He's going to revolutionise the world with his token but he doesn't know how yet. He can't code but he's going to get other people to do it for him.

He's throwing more and more into this project, dishing out tokens in exchange for shilling his coin. I suspect that at some point even the shills will realise that they're not getting paid for this nonsense.
