What is the main mantra of /biz/? Always do what /biz/ says? No, I don't think that sounds quite right, but can't put my finger on it.

if you're really young (early 20s) just be really thrify and save as much money as you can while working a job you hate. Once you have enough saved up (or invested) just quit and take as much time as you want to find the perfect job.

That's what I did around 25 after eating shit for too long, tired of being afraid to talk back because I was a couple paychecks away from not being able to pay rent. Saved up like hell, amassed around $60k, after that quit and just started looking at my own pace. With the way I was living (splitting bills with girlfriend, not splurging on anything absurd) the $60k would last me like ~2 years of no employment, maybe 2.5-3 if I really stretched it. Didn't have a care in the world, ended up finding a great job after about 7-8 months, continued amassing savings, just got more and more comfy.

Eat shit for awhile, save up some fuck-you money, then take control so you don't have to live with any kind of fear.

Jesus man stop whining and take so.e responsibility. A better job isn't gonna just fall on your dick when you left the other one with no plan. Keep looking and put some effort into it.

Always do opposite of what /biz/ says.
