Seems BTC momentum finally slowed down. Is it time to reenter alt or does this BTC bull still have a raging hardon?

Hold your fucking BTC. Odds are completely against you trying to juggle between them and some shitcoins.

Stabilize and move up has been the motion of bitcoin for the past year or so. When you have insanely rapid growth you'll have a correction and then prices stabilize below the peak but well above where the ramp up it started. Fluctuations and volatility decreases sometimes for three days after it's really stabilize. Then you have a violent ramp up again.
