how's the work m8? decent? and pay?

I'm in financial services but my area of work is going to die out by 2020. Gotta start thinking about what area to move into.

Its a boutique firm, we deal with pensions for small businesses. I really enjoy it, you get a good variety of office work and contacting clients, either on the phone or in person. The pay was pretty standard starting out but I got moved up a few months ago and am earning my countries median salary which isn't bad after less than 2 years into my career. The hours are reasonable too, which can be a real killer when you work for bigger firms and they have you in the office until 10 every night. What financial services do you provide?
