Literally only one way to start off: Instagram automation tools.

A good app I use is Followers Chief, they even do a 7 day trial. Just set it on normal for 3 days, then crank it up to high for the rest. I pay for it now, it's only $1 a month and i leave it on "very fast". I get like 80-100 followers a day.

I don't even pay for it because within a month I'll easily have gotten $1 of google play credit from their survey app.

my experience shows that very few people would visit my website from instagram
after I gained about 1000-1500 followers with automatic tools, they started rising on their own... but like I said - it's just not Facebook, people are there for the pictures, and it's only good for companies that have a certain product - like Nike or Oriflame ...
