if you want to see how to catch the next wave, study the recent chart on VTC...look at how the EMA crossed above the SMA perfectly and was a clear buy when the price was under both the SMA/EMA curves. The same pattern could be seen in the recent moves in LINK.

This is simple TA and it works every time.

but it helps to see what price is relative to average prices.
if you are buying well above average price, you are more likely to see losses at least in the near-term

sure, meme lines don't matter if you plan to hold for years and think that the price now is low enough that it shouldn't go much lower in the next few days/weeks/months

LINK has good fundamentals but if you had bought at the high before recent BTC pump, like some people, you'd be feeling more stressed out than if you had waited until it went under moving averages, AKA the SMA and EMAs
