work harder

people are fucking lazy so when you work hard you actually seem good compared to the fuckwits known as co-workers

sure, you will not be making your "market value" for a while, but that just how it is now, it's not the 90s anymore

give it 3-4 years of working your ass off and I guarantee you that you'll be making $50k+ at a minimum, regardless of your education

Spend less money and live below your means.

I know people at my work who make more than double my salary, and save a lesser dollar amount monthly than I do.

federal worker at the post office

shitty pse temp thing, but ive done it for so long firing would be an 8 step process. 16 bux an hour, really easy work. just sort magazines firing into a sorting machine automatically lol. everyone else around is months around me from retirement and basically super saiyin v unfireable so everything is really ez. bout to get hired and make like 22.50 base pay tho, i dont plan on staying as a regular clerk employee id much rather an open plant manager position i could snag and run out this sinking ship asap like so many others before me.

Petroleum engineer with a specialization in drilling. I live on a rig 10 days then get 5 days off. It's actually pretty boring for me I just sit around in my trailer house and make phone calls and do two daily reports and get harrassed by salesmen.

Make $19 an hour goofing off in a warehouse. Usually spend the day dealing with my coworkers or shitposting on 4chan.
I can get as much OT as I want so sometimes I'll work 60+ hours in a week, most of it sitting around doing nothing. The paychecks are nice but the work is boring. Been looking at finding a side job/something else to fight the boredom.
