What does /biz/ think about reverse diversification?

Last week I had a portfolio with 10 or 11 coins valued at around $1400 only. But after this ODN rise, my portfolio is worth around 1BTC. Is it time I cut out all the coins I have only around ~<$200 invested in and just invest all the money into 3-4 coins? Maybe like $1k into 3 coins each that I really believe in and 1 shitcoin.

A sort of reverse diversification, if you would call it that.

Does /biz/ think this is a better strategy?

diversification is a myth

i go all in 100x leverage on shitcoins to maximize my gainz

Sounds good, keep some in BTC though

right, well I have my ETH/BTC reserves thats separate from my trading portfolio that I don't touch.

So pretty much it's agreed upon that the higher gains of bigger trade positions outweigh the higher risks?

Do what you want.. You can win long term with both.

On the one hand, having it spread can be good IF you consistently sell at 10-15% rises. Steady gains, but if one of your coins goes up 40% you will be mad at yourself because you could have made so much more.

Follow your head, not your heart.
