i have cheap internet workforce for mindless tasks like transcription at my disposal because i live in the third world and know a LOT of people who would be extremely happy to make 50$ a month for a 40hr/week job. i'm thinking i could do a lot of money but i'm not sure how. maybe finding people from the US who need documents digitalized?

no, that wouldn't do. most people wouldn't be able to write a good essay, much less in english. i'm thinking about dumb tasks like captchas or transcription of documents. i'm sure there's a lot of small tasks like these that only require that workers know how to use a computer.. i'm thinking about getting between workers and people who are willing to pay for getting them done. i'm sure there's a shitload of money to be made like this
