Don't be a gargantuan Fag. Straight to the point

>> No.371772

Don't take anything on here seriously.

>> No.371773

I'm not nearly as cheap as I thought I was. /biz/ takes it to a whole jew level.

>> No.371775

>>371772
Did you get fucked over by something you read on /biz/? or you just being a cautious fag?

>> No.371781

>>371775

Do you browse /biz/ often? If I wanted real advice on life decisions like declaring a major or getting a good job, or wanting advice on how to handle my finances, would I seriously want to listen to a bunch of NEETs and college students? I hope to god you only play their little MarketWatch game and don't take anything on here seriously.

/biz/ made me a fuckton on PLUG.

>> No.371793

I don't give a shit for all that jew talk. That's like jerking you're younger brother's dick. I'm thinking a good prediction would be a valuable asset.

>> No.371794

>>371789

PLUG has been in penny stock newsletters since Thanksgiving. If you heard about PLUG from /biz/ first, then I accept your ignorance. You made money on PLUG because of /biz/. I won the lottery with numbers from my fortune cookie at Ming Garden. Is Ming Garden an expert all of sudden?

>> No.371795

>>371789
Don't be a passive aggressive faggot. Be more specific!

>> No.371800

/biz/ just reminds me that a vast majority of all the people out there are worthless faggots. So I just need to stay the course and I'll do pretty well.

>> No.371804

>>371794
I liked PLUG back in 2008. I almost bought it but something unrelated stopped me. Then I watched it nosedive and honestly forgot about it. Then yes, I heard about it again on /biz/. I invested approx $10,000 in it when it was around $4 and jumped when it hit $11. So nearly tripled my money.

I don't consider /biz/ 'experts' but I will give credit when its due. Had they not mentioned it, I wouldn't have done my research and gotten in when I did.

>> No.371827

>>371804
what did they say that you figured it might go to something like 'from $4 to $11?

>> No.371905

>>371827
I didn't think it would get that high, however it wasn't so much what they said its that they brought my attention back to it. What gave me the confidence to invest was the deal with walmart that (at the time) was driving the hype train.

>> No.372015

Well, I've given some advice, but haven't learned a lot, other than "don't invest in shitcoins".

Mostly from the people who are real estate and shit like that, I saved their posts. I haven't checked the /biz/ books threads but I assume they're good.
Other than that, most of this board is a bunch of white NEETS and "students".

NEETs are NEETs for a reason. Do not expect great things from them, if at that.

Lots of lame pop economics in the books threads. Lots of mediocre investment "experts" who realized that smashing out a book of threadbare cliches and giving seminars for $150 a head is the best investment of all, and it comes with the ego trip of being a best selling author.

Richest man in Babylon has nothing in it you couldn't get from the wikipedia entry (or from Ben Franklin quotes on the wall of your elementary school classroom). So glad I didn't pay for that shit.

Could someone posts some informative /biz/ screenshots?

>> No.374497

Someone suggested I read the book, "Thinking Fast and Slow". It helped me recognize my own, and other peoples, decision making process.

Knowing that, I can make better choices and be more persuasive with people because I can ask the "right" question at the "right" time, knowing what system they are using.

Bretty gud.

Best advice usually comes from random fit threads.

http://archive.heinessen.com/fit/thread/26401953
>The first thing you do is get yourself to want it very, very badly. Then, the part of you that wants the dopamine fixes and the TV and the movies wants to suddenly work, change the world, be incredibly outgoing, and have everything.

Rarely do I ever find anything remotely useful here but you never know. That one thread in 10k could be worth a fortune.

Not all of them are good. In fact, some of them are complete shit. E.g. "I will teach you to be rich". Rubbish Indian shit, nobody will respect you if you follow his advice. You won't get rich either.

Investing in shares in Poland.
Buy when Zloty is weak and sell when it's strong. KGHM is on the rise right now.
It will probably hit 150 PLN before the day of the dividend.
