There's cheap land in Arizona, just northwest of Flagstaff.

It's flat, barren, and has no access to water or electricity though.

It's zoned Agricultural Residential (AR). You can look up on the Coconino County website what AR allows you to do.

You definitely can live on a trailer there. All you need to do is let them know you're living there.
