basically you trust the banks holding the physical objects when you use link. it solves nothing except maybe a way around kyc.

the oracle problem isnt a big deal. oracles can generally be trusted. the problem isn't oracles, its middlemen fucking you over (thats the reason crypto is needed, not because we dint trust the clock, an oracle, to tell us the time). link replaces oracles with a decentralized middle man, but you still have to trust the banks to not get, for example, get robbed before you pick up your physical object.
