How many times do we have to go over this. They are partnered with the backbone of the international banking system. They are a direct competitor to Ripple. This coin will be in the billions in market cap.

Ripple and chainlink are not comparable. Swift and Ripple are. Ripple settlement time 3 seconds with a less then a cent fee.

>Swift and Ripple are.
That's what I'm saying. Swift is making a big move on Ripple. All those legacy banks don't want to totally revamp for cripple. ChainLink will connect with Swift's hyperledger so that old DB's running COBOL will have access to the blockchain through LINK.

They can only keep patching it up for so long. Eventually, the dinosaur infrastructure will need to be replaced.

Has anyone here ever used swift to send money shit is slow as fuck 3-5 business days and like 15-25$ per transfer its shit. If all chainlink does is attach to their existing slow ass infrastructure then im not too faithful

I mean, I don't disagree with your sentiment. Ripple's design philosophy is to put out a great product and hope the old banking system comes along for the ride. Swift is saying "That's too expensive. Too disruptive. Banks are not willing to do that. So let's meet them where they're at."

I'm curious who wins in all this, but it seems clear ChainLink will be a player in the Swift vs Ripple game.
