I suspect manipulation on Liqui. It's 2c higher in the chink exchanges and has tried to breakout several times before being promptly sellwalled.

I think this is an accumulation phase, and it will moon for sure. Hopefully added to new exchanges in near future as volume is dropping on non-Chink exchanges.

I'm a bagholder, and if I had more fiat I would buy more. I hope for a dollar per sometime in next year.
