Hey guys,

Just want a quick help. I am new with this.

"Meetings"

I'm supposed to get some equipments for meeting but I have no idea of what to get.

I've got a portable amplified sound box with a microphone. But it seems so off. Like it would be better with a wireless headset. But I don't know which to get.

Like the current demand is that everybody here can hear the meeting clearly and I need to film it and send everything to a meeting room online so the other locations can watch it.

Can someone help me with this doubt?

Jesus Christ! And now you are asking /biz/?

>how many meeting participants?
>how many locations?
>how many presenters?
>how long?

>Like the current demand is that everybody here can hear the meeting clearly and I need to film it and send everything to a meeting room online so the other locations can watch it.

What does this mean?

The problem is not the software

It's the equipment to set the place up

How is the presenter displaying his information?
>do I need a projector?
>do I need screens?
>is it being displayed on monitors?

How long do you have to put this together?

It's going to be displayed on a projector. I have it already. We will use a laptop.

I got to run. You have some time. Make yourself familiar with the software. I don't know shit about it either. There's plenty of youtube tutorials like this one

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WmMSXOQVQs4

Best advice is whatever you do, you need to schedule a practice run with the presenter and a couple of other people to work out any kinks beforehand.
