You knew that it is better to take a small loss and live to fight another day. Why didn't you just end the pain and take the small loss?

You knew that the alt coin was going to fall. Why didn't you short like the dozens of times you shorted before?

You knew that you shouldn't buy alt dips until bitcoin stopped dipping. Why were you surprised when the alt kept dropping after you bought in?

You knew that after you buy in you're supposed to be patient and let stop losses do their work to maximise your profits and reduce fomo and you forgot.

I become to overconfident and bored. I haven't made a single mistake in over a month and now I have been humbled to the point of no return. I haven't felt this pain in so long. i held like an idiot and sold my shitcoin at the bottom. bought back in and sold to early and lost 0.15 bitcoins which is 33% of my entire stash. I really want to hang myself. I can't seem to pick myself up from this fall because this time it wasn't ignorance. I knew better and I forgot the most basic rules when trading.

Hey I was you yesterday. Forgot all the rules, risk management, and best practices. I had 0.15 bitcoins and thought I was doneskies. Now I have 0.3 and feel confident I'm going to do better. 10% a day. No fomo, no buying coins that just pumped.

And one final one. Not sure how your relationship with family is but before I started doing what I'm doing, as a I child I grew up low class. My mother worked so hard and still does to this day ( guess it's a trait I got - though I'm antisocial and like keeping to myself most of the times - just talk to people when I have to )
