chad bottom level worker: tells boss to suck a dick, leaves shift 30 minutes early
virgin striver: takes huge amount of shit from manager in hopes of "moving up"
virgin middle manager: not talented or honest enough to advance any higher. uses bizarre manipulation tactics to try and exploit work from strivers. usually his projects end up failing because he lets ego get in the way of their success. sometimes advances to higher management/ceo level in dysfunctional or small organizations using external leverage. has a wife who hates him
chad ceo: recognizes the importance of every worker to the organization's success. truly attempts to improve things for himself and employees. genuinely competent person. realizes how blessed he is to be in his position and makes the most of it
