It seems to be in some sort of grey area where you can order it from the regular net. It seems like the worse that can happen is that customs snag your package and send you a naughty letter, but the vendors seem to be happy to refund you or send another because this seems highly unlikely. I'm no drug lord just an eager student who needs help with his studies after smoking too much pot in his teens.
