Not hearing anybody talking about it in this echo chamber, but it's all over normie news. My own father mentioned it to me.

Will be closely integrated with Kik community

$125 million ICO -> 1 trillion tokens
10 trillion token cap

Not a math major but that comes out to about .000125 cents per token, or about 3 sat. How is this not an easy 3x or 5x? How can it go any lower?

I don't enjoy being cut in line by institutional investors. Did I mention it has 10 TRILLION tokens?

It can drop to 1 sat. And who says you'll be able to sell it even for that?

Also $125 million for 10% of all tokens? Are you kidding me?

So they get a small discount by crypto standards.

Why would institutional investors invest if they thought they were only going to get a 30% return?

Not a fan of the high cap and token distribution. Should still be an easy 2x-3x in the short term but why bother when there are so many other 5x-10x ICOs this month to choose from. Crypto has really spoiled me.

Think about it. This token would instantly be plugged into a very big network.

Market cap is just a number, we have coins with 2, 5 billion dollar market caps with barely any real world usage yet.

Why can't this reach $10 billion market cap = 10x?

That's true, there are plenty of places to put money. This, to me, may not offer a 50x yield, but it seems like more of a sure bet.

>“Three years ago, WeChat was responsible for roughly zero percent of mobile transactions in China. Today, it accounts for about 40 percent,” Livingston said in an April 2017 post on Medium. “The opportunity to be the WeChat of the West remains as wide open as ever.”

Imagine if they could actually take a chunk of the global mobile payments market with this play money. You don't think this would be worth more than 3 sat? It could be worth 100 sat.

i have mixed feelings about. kin lost the game against whatsapp, wechat etc. they are looking to get on the ICO train to have a chance of competing. it's betting on a lame horse that lost multiple times in the hopes that this time will be different because if he doesn't make it he will be shot.

That's actually the best point in this thread. Still, I would rather the horse doesn't get shot.

Haha no thanks

You all realize that they are setting you KYC heavily for this ICO right? Like, you are willingly proving you are purchasing X in the crypto currency world.

Maybe if it was LINE I'd be interested. Kik is dead and only used by teenagers sending nudes to each other.
