What's the best book to read for an understanding of the financial system? Make it as dry as you want. I want to die rich and I'm willing to do any amount of reading to get started.

Easiest book to understand the financial system is How the Economy Grows and Why It Crashes by Peter Schiff (inb4 people get triggered).

Not sure about the best but probably some macro textbooks and ones about financial institutions, banking, money, etc..
