I don't think it's a bubble -- I think it's just moving money into high growth index funds which are made of a lot more technology stocks than traditional NYSE.

However -

If there is an increase in the risk of war with NORKs or in AFGHAN, you'll see a big drop as investors move from technology stocks to R&D/Military stocks. Same thing happened after 9/11.

Housing and college are up because of the super low rates and free money. Also housing is very local, bubbles are very local in general all over the globe. Housing bubble = low rates, banks willing to loan easily and possibly foreign money buying as in london, vancouver etc. Rarely a megabubble comes only from locals as they do not posses the purchasing power alone

Food is not as much, as arent wages. It's a stagflation situation then.
