I don't think this is really BAT scale but with that one a few thousand would have covered the tx fee needed to actually get in, somehow one pajeet got in with a 'normal' tx fee but the rest was a small group of whales putting up monster fees, if you can find it on the chain you will see one whale put up 6k or so worth in fee and still didn't make it. If you pay in Eth you will be provided with an address to send the ETH to. So in essence you are paying in eth (send eth to address X) and also PROVIDING the dialogue box an address (your eth address) to receive tokens.

You can pay from wherever the hell you want, but make sure you address you INPUT TO RECEIVE is an ERC20 compatible eth wallet address

yes, that and they have a US based legal 3rd party escrow. the user interface is neat as fuck. I use them and icobazaar a lot so I can pay I alts, but you need a trusted escrow for that methodology to work, why I prefer tokenlot because their lawyers are us based (no offense to none US ppl).

when you hear about an ICO on biz it's pretty much already too late. do your own research. sometimes an ICO is mentioned here, that can be good, but i'd be very weary of the overhyped ones.
