I have 31,000€ to invest. I plan on investing:

70% into 3 index funds that cover the whole world equally (50% MSCI world, 30% emerging markets, 20% europe for an even spread by GDP)
30% into an index fund for short term US treasury bonds

I've read enough about investing that I understand that cost averaging your investment is bullshit. Understanding that I have only disadvantages spreading my investment over the next couple of years is where I'm stuck right now because I'm afraid I invest everything today and tomorrow the market will crash. How do I overcome this? I'm feeling pretty good for the economy right now (especially the US economy, Europe not so much).
