Goldman predicted a 2000$ correction. They probably know it's the real price of bitcoin now without all the fake pumps. No large serious investor would get in knowing there are scam exchanges like bitfinex pumping the price up. Big money will come but only when everything is regulated and after the pop, too dangerous now.
