Here's a tip from a trader since 2015. Never sell at loss, unless it went to the point of no return (eg:the coin was abandoned by devs).

NEO is a coin that in the last days oscillates between a nice range, those dips are mostly due to bots raking lots of money.

Now, NEO has at least 3 events planned to next week, once includes a Microsoft workshop. This coin is going to reach 100$ in a month or so.
