I made a thread here a few days ago about applying to arby's and having to take a 50+ question assessment test to work in FUCKING FAST FOOD

Here are the questions.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6tgY3_KghDc

I will post part 2 later, the manager called me back and said he's sending me the SECOND assessment test.

Apparently all this still isn't enough to see if i'm up to snuff for the Arby's family.

please spread so it goes viral and I can make a few grand so I don't have to work at arby's anymore :(

>Not good enough to work at Arby's
>Definitely not going to get hired now that he's made some faggy video on youtube and thinks he can get "muh youtube bucks" by spreading it....

1) No one cares
2) You misspell a shit load of things on the video making you seem very, very uneducated
3) No one fucking cares.

arby's questionair is actually not that long

The one to work at target or kfc is 4 times longer

Of course he's uneducated, he's applying to work at Arby's.

There aren't any days in "a month," just letters.

If you are applying to work at Arby's at age 25, You did something wrong.

>> No.307674

Here's a reality check: you're trying to get a job at Arby's, bro. you're not too good to work there.

OP isn't bragging that he has a prestigious job at Arbys. Are you guys illiterate?

>> No.307690

>>307682

I'm not illiterate, it was one of the Arby's questions. The answer is: No not everything has gone to plan.

>> No.307692

>>307682

1. No, but he is. He mis-spelled "brief." Are you kidding me?

2. The point of the test isn't really to check your personality. It's to see if you're willing to put in a minimal amount of effort to get the job.

3. The whole post reeks of entitlement. "This is a shitty job, why do I have to spend time taking a test? Just give it to me." C'mon man. It is a shitty job, but if you were such a special snowflake, you wouldn't be applying for it.

>> No.307702

>>307692
It's still irrelevant for the job

There are lots of people who are unemployed and would take a fast food job. Sure you could pick randomly, but it's nice to weed out the people who don't give enough of a shit spend 5 minutes answering some questions.

Also, if you've ever worked a shit job before, you're well aware that even though you could train anybody to do it, the majority of people there are lazy with bad attitudes (intelligence doesn't matter a fucking bit) and often have low self esteem because they look down on people who have their exact same job (hurr I'm so much better than everyone else). The best workers are often immigrants who have gone through some shit, people who actually enjoy it, and teenagers (and occasionally young adults) whose parents raised them to be grateful, work hard, and not take things for granted.

"Sorry, we can't hire you because you don't have a minimum of three years experience."
