wake up at 8:00 AM. step out the door at 8:30 AM. get to work at 9:00 AM. tend to shekelstein's wagetasks until 5:30 PM sharp. get home at 6:00 PM. you do this five days a week. you pretend to enjoy it but secretly you hate it. your entire weekday is spent looking to friday evening. saturday is fine. maybe you do something recreational, something fun. sunday is existential dread. the moment you wake up sunday, you cannot evade the thought of MONDAY MORNING. all of this stress causes you to make poor and impulsive decisions out of reflex: gaining weight, going bald, spending money in a fruitless attempt to fill the void.

you do this for about 50 years. then you retire at 68, because you really need the full social security benefit. that 401k was just a jewish scam, it never gave you as much money as (((they))) told you it would. you get 5 years of tolerably good health. then old age REALLY takes over. the last 5 years of your life are spent going to doctor's appointments and choking down 20 different medications on a daily basis. everything is pain and misery. all of this healthcare eats away at your lifetime of savings. you die a miserable and unceremonious death in an ICU. cause of death is "natural causes."

>telework job at 92k a year

Feels good. My agency is already looking to increasing already offered telework days (pre-covid 2 days a week telework was offered) to 3 or 4 days a week. If I take an alternate work schedule I'll probably only go to the office once a week. I already loved my job before covid, now I love it even more.

Covid has been a massive blessing.

I did and was jobless for 8 months. Got them stimulus checks but then landed a job getting a fraction of what I made before because I needed to actually make something instead of these minimal weekly checks..
I luckily invested in Doge and pulled when it was at its highest but not at all enough to make it... fml I hate my 10.5 hr work days

It's funny because I was only getting half from the government of what I was making before covid, but that was still enough for me. Just being a neet and getting paid for it, because they're not hiring for shit in my field.

the fact that this isn't satire

the wagie's empty expression

not only did they have him do this they posted it to social media like it's something super cool wow!

the way we treat wagies in this country is something special

I believe in a cosmic sense we will all make it, though perhaps not in a materialistic sense. Which is why I invest in beans, rice, silver and ammo, besides the usual shitcoins/memestocks. Gotta be prepared for the possibility of a "mad max" society.

It’s not great but I get home much earlier than my previous job where I woke up at 8 had work at 9 to 5pm and it took me 2 hours on a bad day to get home because I live in a rural area.. now it only takes me 20 minutes. Which is much better. More time with the wife and working on restoring my car

I pray for that chaotic society every day since I, too, have invested in ammo, MRE’s, camping gear, and coinage.. only shitty thing would be the winters where I live.
I believe we will make it by merely being in this Nigerian basketweaving board. In the end the only thing that saves us is IYKYK
