The boss has me training a new person, and learning a new skills for other departments while giving the opportunity to manage a project by myself.

This is an incredible opportunity and hope it reflects on my annual employee and salary review that will happen 1.5 years from now due to Covid 19 pushing raises back. But anything for the well being of the company.

25 with a part time IT job at a uni, still attending uni to get an IT bachelors (3/4 way there). my job is super ez and i only work 25 hrs a week. get paid dogshit but thats ok. i can no longer be on my parents insurance next year so im going to have to get a full time ASAP. hopefully i can have a degree by then.

that being said. i fucking hate work and always have. i did web dev contract work for a while but i made terrible money and hated every minute of it. i love coding tho and building shit like apps and websites, i just need to find a profitable venture because i honestly cannot work a traditional job, that shit eats at my fucking soul.

and honestly, its not even the work that gets me. its the cog feeling you have, it feels inhumane. i used to work at a retail place when i was younger and whenever there wasnt anyone at the register that i was ringing up. whenever i had just 5 seconds to catch my breath, the manager would run over and give me a broom telling me they dont want me just standing around. LITERALLY NOTHING HAD TO BE CLEANED. LET ME FUCKING BREATH FAGGOT. then to make matters worse a LITERAL tranny became the supervisor, fresh off the street ZERO EXPERIENCE in that retail store chain. IT told me to go clean some puke in the bathroom when i had 2 minutes left on my shift and dressed to go home. i told the creature "that will not be happening" and walked out. called the higher manager and told them i was quitting,

at the end of the day, i will never fucking quit in trying to make my own thing work. and you shouldnt either.

My position was downsized due to covid reductions (oil and gas industry). Last day was Feb 15.

Severance package includes:
>Receive all of my vacation pay from last year (didn't go anywhere due to the coof) - $4,000
>Receive all of THIS YEAR's vacation pay - my industry is unique with this - another $4,000
>A lump sum of $26,000 after tax
>Plus I stay on company health insurance for 6 months

On top of this, I'm now on unemployment:
>State has determined that I get $535 a week for 44 weeks
>Will receive whatever CARES Act money on top of that - currently $300 Trumpbux a week. Presumably $300 or $400 a week in Bidenbux after March 14

companies dont give a shit about you bros, youre only there to make the company money and as long as you act like a victim this will get taken advantage of for the companies profit. beat them at their own game and use these tips to help you search for a new job

>think of a job you want. post a listing for that job on craigslist (choose a city other than your own. each listing costs between $10-$50 depending on your city) it helps to search for the same job on indeed and copy the requirement into the posting you make. then just copy and paste your info on the best resumes that get sent to your craigslist posting. (bonus cover letters too!)
>lie on your resume. simple as, just lie about how long you were at previous jobs (3 or so years looks good) lie about qualifications and areas of study. (youre still gonna have to back this up to some extent though so keep it within the bounds of what you can fake till you make it)
>get a few burner phones from walmart, create separate google voice numbers for them if you need to. WALA, you are now your own 3 references.
>Bonus from previous tip; use the burner phone to gather intel at the place you are applying to. call into the business posing as an exterminator/landscaper say you need the managers contact info. wala, email them directly about work.

very smooth brained indeed friend, because it takes .002 algos to transfer any amount of algorand to the Algorand Wallet for ~7% apy. do not leave your coins in custodial wallets, they skim.
