I'm both optimistic and pessimistic about making friends in the future
On the one hand I thought it's ogre when I was 23 and didn't have friends and lost track of the ones from highschool but I made more that same year until covid hit and my social anxiety reverted back to the mean
I feel it's so much harder to make friends due to time commitments in your late 20s, early 30s, but at the same time people get a little easier to make friends with because everyone gets a little more boring and desperate (and that's a good thing)
Me, I'm ready to be 30, people are actually be interested in conversation topics of housing and money and networth

i really don't know how to make friends IRL. i thought i made some at my last job, but only 1 of them semi-regularly responds to my texts, haven't heard from the others in weeks.
